We accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• A flat rate return shipping fee of ₹200.00 will be deducted from your refund.
• There is no restocking fee.
• Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you would like to swap your product for a different size or design (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable / Restricted Items

• Perishables, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards and items sold under final sale/promotions

Order Acceptance

We may refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing/listing errors, or concerns flagged by payment/fraud checks.
